Bankruptcy Practice & Procedure

Offered: Thursdays 6:30 - 10 p.m - 1 credit hour
Description: : This elective is designed for students who have some experience in bankruptcy procedures, or students willing to dive into an in-depth course in the intricacies of bankruptcy law.
Classes meet 6:30 p.m. - 10 p.m. June 1 - June 29; and July 13. Class meets 6:30 p.m. - 8:20 p.m. July 20. Final exam will be 6:30 p.m. - 8:20 p.m. July 27.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of questions we have received from students regarding a prerequisite for this course, Professor Hildebrand has agreed to add a class/workshop for students covering the basics needed to succeed in this course. It will include terminology and other matters for students not familiar with bankruptcy. This introductory class will be held on Thursday, June 1 at 6:30.

Description: This course teaches concepts fundamental to immigration law so that students will understand and be able to apply them to analysis of issues arising in factual settings.
Classes meet 6:30 p.m. - 10 p.m. June 5 - June 26 and July 10; and 6:30 p.m. - 8:20 p.m. July 17. Final exam will be 6:30 p.m. - 8:20 p.m. July 24
